Hello, I am Alison

A photographer since 2009, inspired by black and white fashion photography and those iconic shots of Audrey Hepburn on the streets of Rome. I am a sucker for rom-coms and documenting love stories, so wedding photography makes sense. But I also photograph newborns and families, because capturing those "oh my god, we made a human" moments is just as important as the "I do".

When couples trust me to document their wedding, I approach it with a creative flair and thoughtfulness, as I know the photos will become part of a family heirloom. Most couples tell me they forget they are being photographed after a while, which is probably a surprise considering many of them started by telling me they hate having their photo taken.

My first Gold award came from the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and is still on the wall sixteen years later. Since then the work has picked up more SWPP awards and a regional finalist place in The Wedding Industry Awards, and it is backed by more than a hundred five-star reviews on Google.
